Removing the CRM feature from free to $100 per month. We heavily used this and suddenly after 6+ months there's an extra cost. It's not $20 or $30 it's $100. Not worth it at all.

Good Experience

Instantly.io is a great platform. It works tirelessly in the background, and free's um 1-2 hours per day of admin, follow ups so you can spend time on your business that is higher focussed/ skilled work.

Great tool for email outreach. Probably the best on the market. I tried several other tools, but Instantly is more user friendly, has better pricing (a lot better compared to some alternatives), less bugs and quick support.

The support team is super helpful and active.
