What this site collects (almost nothing), which third parties load on our pages, how affiliate links work, and your rights.
Instantly.ai Reviews (instantlyaireviews.com) is an independent review aggregator operated by Jatinder Singh. It is not affiliated with Instantly.ai, and Instantly.ai has no access to any data collected here. See the About page and the affiliate disclosure.
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) records standard web-server logs for every request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string. We use these only for security, capacity planning and error diagnosis. They are rotated and deleted automatically by the host. We do not use them to build visitor profiles and we do not sell or share them.
We set no first-party tracking or advertising cookies. The site uses a page cache (LiteSpeed Cache) that may set a purely technical cookie so that logged-in editors bypass cached pages; it contains no personal data and ordinary visitors never receive it.
If you use the search box, the words you search for appear in the page address and therefore in the server logs. They are not linked to you as a person.
Some content loads from other companies’ servers. When it does, your browser sends your IP address and standard request details to that company, and that company’s privacy policy applies:
Links labelled “Free trial”, and any link that goes through our redirect at /go/instantly, are affiliate links. When you click one, Instantly.ai’s own website may set cookies to attribute a later sign-up to us. We receive no personal information about you from Instantly.ai, only aggregate commission reports. The reviews on this site are public content, republished as short excerpts with a link back to the original. We show the reviewer name, role and photo exactly as the source platform displays them publicly, and nothing more. If you wrote a review and want it removed or corrected here, tell us and we will remove it; contact details are on the About page. Deleting a review or photo on the source platform also removes it here at the next weekly sync.
Server logs are kept by the host for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Review excerpts are kept while the original stays public. We hold no other visitor data.
Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Because we collect almost nothing, the honest answer to most requests is that we hold no data about you, but ask and we will check the logs and reply.
This site is written for business software buyers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
