What this site is

An independent aggregator of Instantly.ai reviews. We are not affiliated with Instantly.ai. We have not been paid by them to publish anything, and they have no editorial input or advance sight of what appears here. We do earn affiliate commission on signups through our links — see Disclosure.

Where the reviews come from

SourceItemsWhat we take
G22,010 Star rating, review title, an excerpt, reviewer name/role/industry/company-size as G2 publishes them, and G2's own verification and incentivisation flags.
Trustpilot1,111 Star rating, title, excerpt, reviewer display name and country as Trustpilot publishes them.
Reddit298 Thread and comment text discussing Instantly.ai. No star ratings exist, so these are classified by sentiment, not scored.
YouTube210 Video title, channel, publish date and thumbnail. Videos play here via YouTube's official embed; we do not host or re-upload video.
LinkedIn153 Public post text and engagement counts, embedded via LinkedIn's official embed.
SaaSworthy72 Published review text. Excluded from our narrative analysis because it is largely syndicated from G2 and would double-count.
Blogs17 Third-party written reviews — rating where the author gives one, plus a short excerpt and a link.

What we do not do

How the analysis is produced

The figures on our analysis page are not typed in by hand. They are computed by a query against the review database each time the cache rebuilds, so they change as new reviews arrive. This means we cannot quietly leave a stale flattering number up: if the average falls, the page falls with it.

Theme analysis works by scanning the full text of every star-rated G2 and Trustpilot review for term patterns (for example, refund/charged/cancelled/billing), then comparing how often a theme appears in 1–2 star reviews versus 4–5 star ones. We report that comparison rather than the raw count, because a theme mentioned equally in both tells you nothing — and we say so on the page where that happens.

Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, or you are a reviewer who wants your review removed from this index, email inderbillion@gmail.com and we will correct or remove it. We would rather be corrected than be wrong. Reviewer photos shown on cards are loaded directly from the source platform, so if you delete your photo there it disappears here too.
