This is the scam company. They triggered me to annual subscription. I didn't want to sign, just wanted to see, what's the pricing for annual. And they charged me immediately. I wrote immediately to their support. And they even charged me twice…

God awful support. Wasted 200 dollars, use another auto emailer

The app is full of dark pattern. They try everything so you cannot cancel (even illegal ones). Upsells everywhere, unclear pricing, no unified view of how much you pay every month. The design of the app is also horrible.

i cancelled my subscription months ago, but still get charged about 15$, tried to contact support but no good help, they keep telling me that my subscription does not exist

I should have read the reviews. They are right. Cancellation doesn't work, "Cancel" button disabled on Stripe.

Terrible product, a lot of bugs and the platform is extremely slow. I switched to another tool and haven't looked back. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers. They are charging you even if you are on the free plan! And you can not close your account unless you discuss it with the support!
