I signed up, paid for the service, and even purchased their “pre-warmed” accounts — only to discover they were not properly warmed up at all. Deliverability was terrible and emails landed in spam.

I have been using instantly.ai for the past week and a half. All I can say is, really? I can not create a new account.

I purchased 3 domains and 3 emails for each domain and paid in total. After a day I bought their plan thinking it could benefit me, but that was the worst $47 USD I spent.

Amazing how you have been running this for years and not learnt how to create a simple user interface. Launch a campaign and open tracking is disabled by default, no warning and hidden.

It's like they intentionally make the billing bad to confuse people. I cancelled my $97 a month plan and lost access to my dashboard. I can't access the leads I brought to the platform.

They ditched their human support for AI.

They have a scheme where once you cancel the main plan, there is another plan underneath it which does not get cancelled.

The Done-For-You email was very misleading. The Outreach plan, domains and inboxes are invoiced separately, which strongly suggests they are separate products.

Good product, but support is not the best. It's slow and sometimes gives inaccurate responses.

Over roughly a month and a half, I received 11 separate charges totalling over $400. The plans also are not aligned — a user may need one credits plan but a different outreach plan.

So far Instantly tech chat support absolutely sucks. Since they don't offer one-on-one telephone support, you're stuck. Their chat reps are on with multiple people so I ended up waiting.

Product ordered never received; no support or honest response from the company regarding resolution; no replacement, no refund.
