Restrictive subscription tiers. Poor onboarding that was deceptive - had to upgrade tiers just to reply to emails. Terrible customer experience once onboarded. Overall found to be a ripoff.

My domain and emails were taken down for months while I paid to keep my domain healthy. I had to find out myself that the domain was taken down for 6 months.

I don't have a paid plan, but they continue to charge me for a non-existent subscription. Support answered: "we have a lot of plans, so one of them is charging you".

I got an email from a “Kevin” who said they could remove bad reviews, citing a “recent” review from 6 years ago. They continued to email me even though I never responded.
