Instantly works pretty well when it works but they made it much more complicated/confusing with their credits system vs the subscription options before. And the system glitches with credits (takes them when they shouldn't, double charges you credits). Their live chat help…

i own a b2b saas for procurement companies. instantly is overall good but the deliverability fluctuates a lot. the support is not really supportive but its a tool that is pretty easy to use.
