unlike some other softwares, they do really respond quite fast, and ive had a few bugs but they have been able to sort it out so much faster (like in a few minutes at times) then other programs, so...10/10 for me!

The AI chatbot is incredibly useful, it doesn't fail to answer questions beyond the stuff you can look up in a second yourself. If on the rare occasion the bot can't figure it out the team is quick to help out.
