The service is unprofessional. The interface is horrible. They have a good marketing but the product and customer service is horrible. Don't buy it.

i cancelled my subscription months ago, but still get charged about 15$, tried to contact support but no good help, they keep telling me that my subscription does not exist

Email sending outreach features are amazing especially the Super search tool.

I should have read the reviews. They are right. Cancellation doesn't work, "Cancel" button disabled on Stripe.

Setup an account, now can't even login to the site - stuck on dashboard loading then blank screen! - yes I've cleared my browsing data, this is on their side. NOT RECOMMENDED

Scammers. They are charging you even if you are on the free plan! And you can not close your account unless you discuss it with the support!

Instantly has been a game-changer for our outbound. The inbox management is clean, the sending setup is straightforward, and scaling campaigns feels smooth. Great deliverability tools, great UX, and it just works. Highly recommend if you’re serious about cold email.
