Outreaching is hard in general but there simple UI and there youtube channel made the experience 10x easier I got started off with the basics and it helped with reaching more prospects for my business.

Non-existent customer service! Was with them for 2 1/2 years and what a mistake that was. Not user friendly and impossible to get any help! Would not recommend at all!!
