Instantly is a great point solution that solves the complicated problem of cold email outbound. We were novices, and their product really helped us get rolling. Their support is on top of it, too!

Everything is locked off from the lower tiers, but they don't make that clear on the pricing page. Avoid if possible as it's quite deceptive.
