There's usually a setting in the nvidia control panel that let's the games (csgo) setting decide. If you don't have it checked it will use the Nvidia setting regardless of what CSGO says.

Disconnecting is not the same as abandoning.

Keep in mind, OP is asking to end the game is someone ABANDONED the game (meaning they received a BAN). He is not asking to end the warmup if someone DISCONNECTS.
